TrackPark is a platform designed to simplify the process of finding and importing used tractors. We aggregate listings from trusted suppliers and present them in a clear and transparent way.
Browse available tractors, review specifications, images, and pricing details, and understand the full cost structure before making a decision.
Our pricing model is straightforward and includes base price, transportation, commission, and VAT, so there are no hidden surprises later in the process.
Step 1: Find and Verify Your Tractor
Start by finding a tractor that fits your needs. You can browse available listings directly on our website or follow our Facebook and Telegram groups, where new tractors and special deals are frequently shared.
Once you’ve identified a tractor, contact us via email or any of our social networks to confirm availability. Tractors sell quickly, so checking availability early helps you move forward without delays.
Step 2: Confirm Reservation and Secure the Tractor
After receiving confirmation that the tractor is available, the next step is to confirm your reservation. This ensures the tractor is reserved for you and removed from open availability.
The tractor will remain at the yard until a full container of tractors is collected for shipment. Container consolidation allows transportation costs to be optimized and ensures efficient international delivery.
During this stage, you will receive updates about the container status and estimated timelines before the shipping process starts.
Step 3: Advance Payment and Shipping Process
After the tractor is reserved, the next step is to make an advance payment. This payment confirms your order and allows the shipping process to begin.
Once loading starts, you are continuously informed about the progress. Updates are provided during the loading phase and throughout the shipping process.
After the container is dispatched, you will receive a container tracking number, allowing you to track the container’s location at any time and follow the shipment until it reaches its destination.
Step 4: Arrival in Klaipėda and Customs Clearance
The next stage begins when the shipping container arrives at the Port of Klaipėda, Lithuania. Upon arrival, all required customs clearance procedures are initiated in accordance with local and European Union regulations.
After customs clearance and inspections are successfully completed, the container is transported to our local facility. There, the tractors are safely unloaded and prepared for the final stage of the delivery process.
Throughout this step, you are kept informed about the progress and key milestones until the tractors are fully cleared and offloaded.
Step 5: Tractor Pickup or Final Delivery
The final and most rewarding step is when the tractor is ready for pickup or delivery. Once all procedures are completed, the tractor is fully prepared for handover.
At this stage, the process is complete and the tractor is officially yours. We ensure a smooth handover and provide any final assistance needed so you can pick-up your tractor right away.
